三 | 　　本次集中夜查紧扣夏季夜间火灾高发规律，聚焦辖区高频、高危消防安全隐患，明确三大核心整治重点，靶向精准发力、从严从实整改，全面扫清各类火灾风险。　　一是严查电动自行车全链条违规隐患。重点紧盯高层建筑、村民自建房、沿街商户门店、夜间经营性场所等重点区域，细致排查公共门厅、疏散通道、楼梯间、安全出口等关键部位，严厉整治电动自行车进楼入户、楼道停放、违规充电、飞线充电等高危行为，同步核查辖区电动自行车集中停放场所防火分隔、消防设施配备是否规范齐全。本次夜查共排查发现电动自行车违规停放充电9处、集中停放场所分隔不到位3处，对相关违规个人依法作出处罚。　　二是强力推进“拆窗破网”行动，畅通生命通道。

四 | 聚焦宾馆饭店、商场市场、医院养老院、九小场所、多业态混合经营场所等人员密集场所，重点排查疏散通道、安全出口占用堵塞问题，严查建筑外窗违规设置铁栅栏、违规安装广告牌遮挡逃生口、消防救援窗口设置不规范等隐患，整治消防车道、登高扑救场地违规占用、封堵等突出问题。当晚累计查处疏散通道出口不足或被占堵51处、门窗违规设置铁栅栏等障碍物8处、消防车道占用堵塞9处、登高扑救场地违规占用3处。　　三是全面核查消防设施运行及岗位值守情况。严格检查各重点单位消防控制室24小时专人值班、持证上岗落实情况，细致排查消防管网供水压力、消火栓完好有效性、各类消防设施运行状态，及时发现整治设施损坏、停用、故障等问题。本次夜查共排查发现消防设施损坏停用1处、各类消防安全隐患174处，拟对1家隐患突出单位实施临时查封，累计拟处罚金额4.57万元，形成强有力消防整治震慑。
